The University of Waterloo School is conducting a study about online work and health of home-based digital service workers.

You will be asked to fill out a screening survey. Eligible participants will be invited to an interview that will take 30-45 minutes. A small honorarium will be provided for eligible participants selected to participate in the online interviews.
The study is also seeking participants who supervise at-home customer service workers.
This study has been reviewed by and received ethics clearance through a University of Waterloo Research Ethics Board.
