Kevin Flynn In today’s cabinet shuffle, Kevin Flynn took over the Labour portfolio from Yasir Naqvi. The MPP for Oakville (since 2003) has been Parliamentary Assistant in a number of ministries and helped lead the consultation ending mandatory retirement.
