Dr Agnieszka (Iggy) Kosny, well-known to the injured worker community, was a recent guest on Steve Mantis’ popular “Community Conversations” Thunder Bay cable show. A staff scientist with the Institute for Work and Health and participant in the Research Action Alliance on the Consequences of Work Injury (RAACWI), she has been presenter and panellist at Bancroft Institute sessions. In this three-part series (approx. 25 minutes total length), Dr Kosny discusses her research on the functioning of the workers’ compensation system, including the experiences of injured workers interacting with the Board, health providers and the return-to-work process.
