The Thunder Bay Injured Workers is partnering with Lakehead University to document the experiences of family members of injured workers following work-related injury or illness.
The study is looking for family members of injured workers who are (or have been) off work for 3 or more months.
You are invited to participate:
- Attend a 2-hour focus group (in person or online)
- Participants will receive a $50 gift card to major grocery stores
- All information collected is confidential
