Last week the WCB/WSIB posted its revised policies, to take effect November 1st, 2014 without consultation on the changes made to the last draft. While the Board states it is responding to what they heard from all stakeholders, injured workers and advocates question how well they listened to their responses and remain deeply worried about the fairness of these policies.
