Ontario’s Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal is holding its 2nd Access to Justice Symposium. Keynote speaker will be the Honourable Thomas Cromwell, former Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada. The symposium will address best practices in access to justice, including cultural competency initiatives, the role of emerging technologies, and building a caring administrative justice system – plus an update on hot topics and noteworthy cases in workers’ compensation law across Canada.
