The event is organized by IWA4J, J4MW and IAVGO clinic to raise awareness of the poison pill hidden in Bill 105 schedule 9 amendment to the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act. The Ontario government’s action would remove the 72-month lock-in for injured workers who have permanent injuries and can’t return to work, putting injured workers on perpetual probation.
