Chinese delegation discusses workers’ comp with IWC

January 23, 2017

In 2016, a representative of The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security for the People’s Republic of China contacted Injured Workers Consultants to arrange a meeting with government representatives. Mr. Wang Yufei, Deputy Director of the Department of Work Insurance brought a delegation to IWC for a visit in December, 2016.

The group wanted to know about the services and programs provided by the community legal clinic. They were also interested in gaps and issues in workers’ compensation and how the legal clinic advocates for and assists injured workers in the workers’ compensation process.
