September 14 @ 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. First of a series of 12 free webinars (September 2020 – April 2021) on on the Work Disability Management System Standard (CSA Z1011) – evidence supporting the standard, and panel discussions. Topics will cover managing mental health in the workplace, implications for persons with disabilities, the labour, employer and healthcare perspective.

September 23 @ 12:00 noon: Dr Dana Howse – Getting to work with a physical disability and the policies and people that make a difference. Findings from her research, including the ways in which workers’ compensation policy can overlook work- and injury-related travel needs of workers with disabilities, and the significant role of family, and the system’s reliance on it, to support persons with physical disabilities achieve work mobility.
