Mining safety questioned in the Assembly

Following the recent mining death at North American Palladium (the seventh miner killed on the job in Ontario this year) questions were raised on what action the government is taking and if, like Nova Scotia, it will appoint a special prosecutor to enforce workplace safety standards.
