Theme for session – What are the Common legal problems facing Injured workers in getting relief after disabling injuries in the workplace and how to challenge them – the Worker’s Compensation strategies or other legal strategies.
Panelists/Discussants – Several WC attorneys from different states and an attorney firm that does both Workers Comp as well as third party lawsuits.
Participants will be discussing planning next steps to the Injured Worker Justice Campaign and contribute to the list of issues related to treatment and benefits being discussed as part of the campaign.
