Are you an injured worker from the Thunder Bay area? Are you feeling stressed and overwhelmed by your experience with the WSIB? You’re not alone. Join other injured workers for a free session of education, peer support, and legal advice hosted by the Ontario Network of Injured Workers’ Groups.
The outreach forum will begin October 3 at 6pm, with a panel discussion “Workplace Injuries and Your Healthcare Providers” with medical professional and advocates on how you and your doctors can best navigate the compensation system. October 4, join us again for a full day of peer support, as well as educational sessions about where to get help, how to cope with your work injuries, and how to be involved in advocating for change. Legal advice on your case will also be available.
