Day of Mourning 2023

Injured workers, their families, supporters and advocates across the country will commemorate the annual Day of Mourning on April 28. For an event near you, see WHSC list of Ontario-wide events, check with your injured workers’ group, local Labour Council (go to directory at https://ofl.ca/about/labourcouncils/) or union. Toronto York Labour Council Day of Mourning events

In the Toronto/York Labour Council region, ceremonies will take place at 11 a.m. Woodbridge Memorial Arena, 5020 Highway 7, and in Toronto at 12:00 noon at Larry Sefton Park, 500 Bay St.
