Anti-Poverty Assembly

| OISE Building - University of Toronto

The Ontario Common Front – a coalition of over 90 community groups and labour unions – will meet at a province-wide Anti-Poverty Assembly in Toronto to draft, develop and launch a “Solidarity Against Inequality” campaign. As shown in its 2012 report “Falling Behind”, Ontario ranks behind all provinces in funding for virtually every social program, with the equality gap still growing.

Register for free to be part of the more than 20 workshops hosted by the movement’s best campaigners and social justice organizations, and develop an action plan to end poverty. For more information contact Paulette Hazel: phone (416) 443-7667 or email phazel@ofl.ca.
