In our own words ….

December 4, 2015

Four injured workers share the realities of their lives after occupational injury and illness in the video “The Disability Dilemma“. Like many of Ontario injured workers, they are paying a heavy personal price – by continuing to suffer not only the financial and debilitating physical impacts of their work-related disability, but also the long-lasting mental health and emotional effects.

Occupational Disability Response Team video of four injured workers speaking on the impact on their lives. Runs 7.54 minutes

(The video “The Disability Dilemma” was produced by Rob Halpin for the ODRT/OFL, 2014, with the assistance of Bright Lights Injured Workers’ Group, Orlando Buonastella (IWC), Harry Goslin (OCEU), David Fernandes. It was shown most recently at the Ontario Federation of Labour Convention, Oct. 2015, Toronto)
